WORLD UAV FEDERATION was established in June 2017 by Mr. Jincai Yang (Chairman); its unveiling ceremony was held on October 31, 2017 in Shenzhen, China. WUAVF International Headquarter and Secretariat Office base in Shenzhen/Hong Kong, China. WUAVF, who publishes, distributes and circulates pamphlets, newsletters, periodicals and other literature on the drone in furtherance of the objectives and activities of the federation, is a platform bridge for the industry members and government within the drone policy and professional consultant guideline. The chapter along with SZUAVIA holds exhibitions, conferences, symposia, seminars, forums, congress and conducts training courses for the benefits of members who have vested interests in the drone industry.

Mr. Yang Jincai is a visiting professor at the Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics and the National Precision Agriculture Aviation Center. He is also the president and editor-in-chief of China Public Safety Magazine, the chairman of Shenzhen UAV Industry Association, World UAV Federation, International Aviation Security Association, Shenzhen Security Industry Association as well as Asia Pacific Security Association China Chapter, and the founder of the Global Security Alliance.

In 2015, Mr. Yang founded Shenzhen UAV Industry Association, published 12 drone standards such as UAV General Technical Requirements, etc. He has written the China UAV Development Report, Shenzhen UAV Development Report and other papers with a total of more than 400,000 words.

In 2016, Mr. Yang founded the World UAV Federation (WUAVF) in Hong Kong. In the past few years, he has visited industry organizations and well-known enterprises from over 36 countries and regions, and has delivered 21 speeches. Since the establishment of WUAVF, for only three years though, more than 20 countries including the United States and countries from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America have applied to join and established a branch office locally.
