Biography
Rafael Padilla is an Industrial Engineer, started carrier as maintenance engineer at Avianca, then National Airline of Colombia. Colombia Army Air Corps reservist and cofounder of Colombia UAV Association. Dedicated for the past 5 years to rise and growth os UAV industry in Colombia.
